Retail Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)
Automation Personnel Services is searching for a Retail Administrative Assistant to assist in customer service and retail support, customer service, resolving issues, processing orders and returns, and providing product and service information for a company located in the North Houston, Texas area.
Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturdays (required) – 8:00am-3:00pm
Retail Administrative Assistant (Bilingual) Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints via phone and email
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, and exchanges
• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Support retail sales by guiding customers in selecting store products.
• Process retail transactions and returns accurately
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively recommend solutions to customers
• Ensure a positive customer experience both in-person and over the phone
Retail Administrative Assistant (Bilingual) Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
