Route Driver
Automation Personnel Services is seeking Route Drivers for a company located in 
Lithia Springs, Ga. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to providing excellent administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. 
The Route Driver is responsible for the secure delivery and pickup of document storage boxes and related materials from client locations. This role involves daily driving throughout Georgia—primarily the Atlanta metro area—along with warehouse handling, scanning, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

 Pay Rate 
$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:00 pm

Route Driver Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver and pick up document storage boxes from client locations 
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently 
  • Scan and validate all client deliveries and pickups
  • Complete daily driver logs and vehicle pre-inspection reports 
  • Use RF scanners and related software, including uploading scanner data to a computer 
  • Pick, pull, refile, palletize, and handle boxes from shelving 
  • Operate cargo vans and box trucks ranging from 16-foot to 24-foot 
  • Perform daily driving routes to client sites across Georgia (primarily Atlanta metro area
Route Driver Qualifications and Requirements
  • Effective oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Georgia DOT medical certification 
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record 
  • Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check 
  • Experience with RF scanners and logistics or delivery software 
  • Prior route driving, warehouse, or document management experience
  • Must have a good driving with DMV to be considered
