Seamstress/ Felt Fiber Production Worker 

Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Seamstress/Felt Fiber Production Worker for a manufacturing facility in the Clinton, SC. This position involves working with industrial felt and technical fabrics, operating sewing equipment, assembling materials, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive handwork, sewing, measuring, cutting, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate 
$17.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours 
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Weekend Shift 
Seamstress/Felt Fiber Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment
  • Sew and assemble industrial felt and technical fabric materials
  • Measure and cut materials according to specifications
  • Inspect finished products to quality 
Sandblaster Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous sewing or seamstress experience required  
  • Manufacturing or textile experience is a plus 
  • Comfortable using sewing equipment 
  • Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination 
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour weekend schedule 
Job Type 
Full-time, temporary to hire
