Selector de Pedidos
Automation Personnel Services está buscando un Selector de Pedidos motivado y confiable para unirse a un equipo dinámico y en crecimiento ubicado en Bessemer, Alabama. Tarifa de Pago
$19.00 por hora

Horario y Turno
Segundo turno, de 3:00 pm hasta finalizar. Los Selectores de Pedidos trabajarán los fines de semana como parte de su horario regular de 5 días laborales.

Funciones y Responsabilidades del Selector de Pedidos
• Comodidad para trabajar en entornos de temperaturas extremas, incluyendo áreas de Perecederos y Alimentos Congelados que van desde 51°F hasta -20°F.
• Supervisar y gestionar los niveles de inventario, el estado de los pedidos y las cantidades de materia prima, adaptándose a la demanda estacional y a las tendencias de ventas.
• Cargar y organizar eficientemente las cajas en tarimas para garantizar envíos precisos y puntuales.
• Mantener con precisión los registros e informes requeridos para apoyar operaciones eficientes del almacén.

Calificaciones y Requisitos del Selector de Pedidos
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados y realizar tareas físicas frecuentes, incluyendo levantar, empujar, jalar, agarrar, agacharse, inclinarse y girar.
• Comodidad para trabajar en un entorno basado en el desempeño con metas de producción; los Selectores de Congelador deben promediar 185 cajas por hora al finalizar el período de prueba de 90 días y mantener ese estándar posteriormente.
• Capacidad para desempeñarse en un puesto rápido y físicamente exigente que requiere concentración, resistencia y eficiencia.
• Se requiere experiencia comprobada en selección de pedidos.
