SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ASSOCIATE 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a company based in Moody, AL. You will have the opportunity to join a supportive team, gain valuable experience, and enjoy opportunities for growth in a stable, fast-paced work environment.

Pay Rate 
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 3 45 pm.

Shipping and Receiving Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and storage of all incoming and outgoing Finished Goods and packaging.
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Inspect and log all trucks for compliance
  • Check all inbound shipments for damage or signs of tampering. Report all abnormalities to management.
  • Unload and load all trucks.
  • Place received tags on incoming packaging materials.
  • Place all incoming Finished Goods and Packaging material in warehouse, in proper place according to First in First Out (FIFO) rule
  • Place all finished Goods from the main facility in proper places in the warehouse until they are ready for shipment. 
  • Prepare finished products for shipping according to Bill of Lading (BoL)
  • Palletize finished products and get the product ready for shipment
  • Pull finished product with the correct lot codes, item numbers, and using “First in First Out” (FIFO)
Shipping and Receiving Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work safely around cleaning chemicals, sanitation equipment, and manufacturing machinery
