Spiral Pipe Helper
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Spiral Pipe Helper for a company based in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join an HVAC Distribution team where you can learn valuable manufacturing skills, including exposure to welding and 

Pay Rate 
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm
Most days will end at 3pm, but work until 4 will be expected if busy

Spiral Pipe Helper Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of spiral ductwork used in HVAC systems
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment, including large-volume orders
  • Build custom skids and pallets for outgoing materials
  • Support general shop operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Spiral Pipe Helper Qualifications and Requirements
  • Interest in welding or manufacturing (welding experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortable working with hands and using basic tools
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail when labeling, packaging, and preparing orders
  • Dependable and team-oriented

Full-time, temp-to-hire
