Stand-Up Reach 
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Stand-Up Reach Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Dalton, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organization that prioritizes safety, values teamwork, and supports long-term career growth.
 
Pay Rate 
$18-$19 per hour 
 
Schedule and Hours 
Day: 8AM-8PM swing shift
Night:8PM-8AM swing shift
 
Stand-Up Reach Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures. 
• Load and unload materials from racks and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility
• Inspect and maintain forklifts regularly, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for repair.
• Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.
 
Stand-Up Reach Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Min. 5 years stand up reach experience
  • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
  • Ability to stand for the entirety of shift- needed to operate reach.

  • Forklift testing with the company prior to placement is required.
Job Type 
Full-time, temporary to hire
