Talent Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Talent Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and supporting candidates throughout the employment process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is passionate about connecting great talent with outstanding opportunities.

Talent Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to placement.
- Source, screen, and evaluate applicants for a variety of positions.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications and determine appropriate job placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Process employee payroll accurately and timely.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
- Counsel and support employees regarding workplace concerns and employment matters.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Accept and apply constructive feedback to improve performance and processes.
- Meet recruiting goals and staffing deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Talent Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with computers, databases, and staffing software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
