TÉCNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO DE INGENIERÍA Y EQUIPOS
Automation Personnel Services está buscando un Técnico de Mantenimiento de Ingeniería y Equipos para una instalación de manufactura ubicada en Marietta, Georgia. En este puesto, tendrá la oportunidad de apoyar a Producción e Ingeniería realizando mantenimiento, diagnóstico y reparación de equipos de producción y de la planta en un entorno regulado. Esta es una oportunidad temporal a contratación directa, con horas estables y potencial de crecimiento a largo plazo.

Horario y Horas 
Lunes a viernes, el turno y horario exacto se discutirán durante la entrevista.
Se requiere flexibilidad para llamadas de mantenimiento de emergencia
 
Responsabilidades y Deberes del Puesto
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos de producción como líneas de llenado, transportadores, mezcladoras, bombas y paneles de control.
• Diagnosticar y reparar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y neumáticas para minimizar tiempos muertos.
• Responder rápidamente a fallas de equipo y solicitudes de soporte de producción.
• Ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo y documentar todo el trabajo realizado.
• Apoyar la instalación, puesta en marcha y validación de equipos nuevos.
• Cumplir con prácticas GMP, seguridad y procedimientos de bloqueo/etiquetado (LOTO).
• Mantener registros precisos de mantenimiento, calibración y reparaciones.
• Coordinar con los equipos de Producción y Calidad para asegurar que los equipos estén listos y en cumplimiento.
• Apoyar sistemas de la planta como HVAC, compresores de aire y otros servicios.

Requisitos y Calificaciones
• Diploma de secundaria o GED requerido; título técnico o asociado preferido.
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento dentro de un entorno de manufactura o regulado.
• Fuertes habilidades de diagnóstico mecánico y eléctrico.
• Capacidad para leer planos, esquemas y diagramas eléctricos.
• Experiencia en entornos regulados GMP, ISO o FDA es preferida.
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs y trabajar en un entorno de manufactura.
• Capacidad para aprobar examen de drogas y verificación de antecedentes.
• Buenas habilidades de organización, comunicación y manejo del tiempo.

Tipo de Empleo
Tiempo completo, temporal a contratación directa.
