Thermal Spray Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Thermal Spray Machine Operator for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments and gain valuable knowledge. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as operating thermal spray machines, feeding, cleaning, troubleshooting machines, and other related duties. Pay Rate 
1st shift – $15.00 per hour
2nd shift – $16.00 per hour
3rd shift – $ 17.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
1st shift – Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
2nd shift – Monday – Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
3rd shift – Monday – Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
 
Thermal Spray Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate thermal spray machines to coat precision parts.
  • Run the thermal spray console according to established parameters.
  • Load and operate coating material feeder.
  • Measure parts for coating coverage using micrometers, calipers, etc. 
  • Review drawings and specifications to determine parts to be masked, cleaned, or coated.
 
Thermal Spray Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent. 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a machine operator
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds at minimum.
 
Job Type 
 Full time, temporary to hire
