BILINGUALTRUCK WASH MANAGER   
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Truck Wash Manager to oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure all company trucks, trailers, and equipment are cleaned to quality standards. This role ensures an efficient workflow, maintains safety compliance, manages a small team of wash associates and supports fleet operations by keeping equipment ready for the road.

Pay Rate 
$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
1st Shift 6 – 2:30 Sunday – Thursday
2nd Shift 2:30 – 10 pm Tuesday – Saturday

Bilingual Truck Wash Manager Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of commercial trucks, including exterior washes and interior cleaning.
  • Utilize proper cleaning equipment and techniques, including pressure washers, hoses, brushes, and various cleaning solutions and degreasers, to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants.
  • Sanitize specialized equipment, such as food-grade tanker tanks, hoses, valves, and pumps, following specific protocols to meet strict industry and Kosher certification standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues during the washing process and report findings to the maintenance or management team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized washing area and equipment, including proper organization of hoses and supplies, to ensure safety and efficiency in operations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members and fleet maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely turnaround of vehicles.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, which may include general upkeep of the yard and facilities. 
 
 
Bilingual Truck Wash Manager Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Prior experience in a wash bay, maintenance shop, transportation yard, or similar environment preferred.
  • 1 plus years of supervisory or team-lead experience highly preferred
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, which may involve prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and operating heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for moving trucks within the wash bay.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to specific company procedures for different types of equipment.
