WAREHOUSE SUERVISOR
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a company based in Collierville, TN. The Warehouse Supervisor manages the day-to-day activities of a warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. They ensure operations run smoothly, meet productivity targets, and comply with safety standards.

Warehouse Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, etc.) 
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods 
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records 
  • Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations 
  • Schedule shifts and assign tasks to team members 
  • Train new employees and evaluate staff performance 
  • Handle issues related to damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies 
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency 
  • Prepare reports on operations, productivity, and inventory 
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills 
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities 
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) 
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in logistics/business is a plus) 
  • Typically works in a warehouse environment 
  • May involve lifting heavy items and standing for long periods 
  • Shift work, including evenings or weekends, may be required
Pay Rate 
$20.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Job Type 
Full-time, temporary
