Job Summary
Automation Personnel Services is hiring an experienced Welder for a leading manufacturer in Lewisburg, TN. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that offers stable, full-time hours in a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate

Starting at $18.00 per hour, can increase based on experience

Schedule
Monday–Friday
6a-3:30p with overtime as needed. 
Be comfortable moving to 2nd shift 2:15p-12:45p

Welder Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on steel components using blueprints and work instructions.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment while following safety procedures.
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare materials and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Welder Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and use measuring tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
